This Saturday, April 19, the Meadowlands Racetrack’s Executive Chef Chris Burnett is hosting a Steakhouse Dinner in the Skybox Suites.

The four-course menu:

• Soup or Salad with a glass of Champagne (choice of 1): French Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque, or Caesar Salad
• Appetizer (Choice of 1): Crab Cake, Shrimp Cocktail, or Caprese Stack
• Main (Choice of 1): 12oz Strip Steak, 8oz Filet, 16oz Ribeye, or 24oz Porterhouse
• Dessert: Cheesecake with fresh fruit
