Calling all competitive eaters and those that enjoy a finger-licking good eating challenge!

This BBQ challenge requires eaters to chow down on 1lb of brisket, 1lb of pulled pork, 1lb of mac and cheese, 1lb of fries which is all topped with bacon, 1lb of coleslaw and BBQ sauce.

Diners will have 30 minutes to complete this one person challenge.  If they defeat it, they win a winner’s circle presentation, their picture on PlayMeadowlands.com and Backyard BBQ trailer and free t-shirt.  If they fail to clean their plate, the diner must pay for the meal which costs $55.
