Come out to the Meadowlands Racetrack on Saturday, April 1 for a 6-course cocktail pairing dinner. $69.95 includes tax & tip, live racing program and $10 betting voucher.

The 6-course menu with cocktail pairings includes:

1st Course – Fresh mixed green salad: Blood Orange Champagne cocktail

2nd Course – Fresh seafood Ceviche: Lime Margarita on the rocks, salted rim

3rd Course – Slow roasted Pork Belly Tacos: Moscow Mule

4th Course – Chicken Skewers marinated in a Thai peanut sauce (Sweet and Spicy sauce if concerned about allergies): Sake Ginger, lime cocktail

5th Course – Italian Risotto with mushroom, parmesan cheese: Strawberry Sake, Mint Cocktail

6th Course – Chocolate Mousse: Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

Dinner takes place in the 2nd floor Lounge which overlooks live racing and the

FanDuel Sportsbook. Dinner begins 6pm with live racing kicking off at 6:20pm. Must be 21+ to attend.
