From games and music to food and activities, we’ll help create an all-night celebration that honors their achievement and gives seniors the send-off they deserve!


Outdoor & Indoor Spaces

The Backyard & East Apron is a massive area with both grassy and paved sections ideal for a variety of games and fun. Our terrace rooftop provides incredible evening skyline views that creates the perfect backdrop for silent discos, photos and more. Trackside and the Lounge are large multi-purpose spaces that can host a variety of indoor fun.

Set Up & Break Down

We handle all the logistics for setting up before the event, and cleaning up after—all you and your crew need to do is arrive and have a blast!

Event Management

Our team offers years of experience and a proven track record of Project Grads with local schools. An event manager will assist you every step of the way, including the night of your event.

Safety and Security

Enjoy the night knowing safe and supervised fun is the highest priority. Your rental includes Security Guards, Security Supervisor, State Police, Night Watchman, and on-site EMS.

Custom Signage

Your school logo and colors incorporated on customized wayfinding signage, indoor screens, and our track jumbotron.

Bus Parking

We have ample parking space and you are welcome to leave your buses parked on site.

Schools to provide Tax ID form for exemption. Staff gratuity is additional. 20% non-refundable deposit required with a signed contract. Balance due 10 days prior to event along with final guest count which serves as minimum guarantee. All chaperones and vendor partners must be included in final guest count.
