Wine Festival at Meadowlands Racetrack

On Saturday June 25th, the wine will flow at Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment for the Meadowlands Wine Festival.  Doors open for VIP at 4:30 pm with General Admission at 5:30 pm and wine is poured until 9:30 pm. Fest-goers will experience an evening of great wines from around the world, live-harness racing, music and food.

 Over 30 wineries are participating including ones from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, and California.  Festival goers will be sampling Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Champagne, Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Rosè, Sangrias, Malbecs, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and much more.

Some exciting wines to sample include Whispering Angel Rosè, Concha y Toro Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc, Riondo Prosecco Rosè, Belaire Luc Luxe White, FitVine Red Blend, WolfPack Chateau Teyssier Bordeaux and Brik by Lovo Pinot Grigio.

Another great winery available to sample is OneHope.  This Napa Valley-based winery is one of the world’s largest direct to consumer wineries and has proudly donated over $8 million to local and global causes. The festival will feature OneHope’s Brut Sparkling, Chardonnay, Red Blend, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Wine Fest will be held in the Backyard and will open to the public at 4:30 pm for VIP admission.  The VIP ticket is $65 and includes an additional 1 hour of sampling, exclusive VIP Tent wine samplings, and food.  General Admission begins at 5:30 pm and is available in advance for $45 or at the door for $50.  Live harness racing kicks off at 6:20 pm.
