Valentine’s Weekend at the Meadowlands

The Meadowlands Racetrack continues its winter live harness meet with racing every Friday and Saturday with 6:20pm post time.

This weekend, guests can enjoy the Get Lucky Valentine’s Buffet on both Friday and Saturday.  The sumptuous $49.95 buffet includes beet & goat cheese salad, mini crab cakes, carved sirloin, chicken Milanese, pan-seared scallop and garlic mashed potatoes. Chocolate covered strawberries and red velvet cookies round out this decadent meal. Diners will also enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and red roses.

For some added excitement on Saturday, February 11 racetrack guests can enter to win one of five HD TVs just in time for the big game that Sunday.  The track is giving away two 55″ TVs, two 65” TVs and one 70” TV. Fans must complete online registration form (https://playmeadowlands.com/event/win-an-hd-tv/) to be eligible and must be present to win.

Then on Sunday, fans can also watch the Big Game with NY Giants 2007 Super Bowl Champion Amani Toomer and PIX11/WFAN host Marc Malusis.  Toomer holds Giants’ club records with 9,497 receiving yards, 668 receptions and 54 receiving touchdowns. There will be a pre-game Q&A with Toomer and drawings for NY Giants swag. While enjoying the game, guests will dine on a buffet complete with wings (3 sauces buffalo, sweet n’ spicy & bbq), hot dogs, burgers, fries and onion rings, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. This viewing party is just $60 and includes exclusive seating in the track’s newly redesigned Gallery.

Another game-day dining option is in the track’s Grandstand Lounge.   Reservations can be made for $50 single bar seat, $100 per two person table and/or $200 for a four person table. By making a reservation for the Lounge, guests are guaranteed dining. The $50, $100 or $200 is a food credit that must be used on Sunday, February 12th only.
