Think you make the best Sunday Gravy, Red Sauce, Marinara, or other specialty Sauce? Join us at Meadowlands Racetrack on Saturday, February 28, 2026, for The Saucy Smack Down!

Not a cook? Come enjoy free samples and cast your vote in the People’s Choice award, beginning at 7 pm.
