For just $59.95, guests can indulge in a sumptuous Valentine’s Buffet on February 14 and 15. This includes a delectable array of dishes such as shrimp and crab bisque, Atlantic Salmon with corn and grape relish, roasted Tres Major Steak with Merlot reduction, chicken Provencal and specialty chocolates, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for dessert. For an additional $25, you can elevate your dining experience with a glass of champagne and two expertly paired wines.

On Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1, those dining at the Meadowlands buffet can expect a Mardi Gras celebration! The menu features Creole Gumbo, Cajun deviled eggs with shrimp, Creole farfalle pasta, red beans, and rice, and Cajun spiced strip steak with bread pudding and banana fosters cheesecake.
