NJ Horsemen Dining Reminder

The Meadowlands Racetrack and the New Jersey Standardbred Breeders and Owners have joined in partnership to encourage SBOA members to attend the races at the Meadowlands on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights during the Championship meet.

There is plenty of exciting racing action this weekend for owners to come out and watch. On Thursday’s nine race card there are five NJSS 2-year-old trotting stakes. Friday features four divisions of the WN Reynolds stakes for 3-year-old trotting fillies and colts and Saturday is highlighted by more than $600,000 in stakes races including the Roll With Joe Open Pace, the Six Pack Mare Trot, The Crawford Farms Open Trot, and the Perfect Sting Open Mare Pace.

SBOA members are reminded to make their weekend dining reservations by calling 201-The-BigM to be eligible for the “dinner for four” promotional drawing.

Winners will be notified tomorrow, Thursday, June 30. A current SBOA NJ member in good standing with a horse racing that evening will be selected to receive dinner for four in Trotters and live race programs.
