Limited VIP Tickets Remain for Meadowlands Beer Fest

On Saturday, June 7, the Meadowlands Racetrack hosts its Annual Racetrack Beer Fest.  It’s an evening of great craft beer, music by DJ Alx, and horse racing.

The Beer Fest will be held in the Backyard. The VIP ticket is $70 and includes an additional hour of sampling (beginning at 4pm), exclusive VIP beer tastings, and a buffet.  General Admission begins at 5:00 pm and is available in advance for $45 or at the door for $50.  Live harness racing will commence at 6:20 pm, and the Belmont Stakes will also be simulcast.

Sixty-eight breweries, hard kombucha producers, and cideries will be poured at the festival, including several local New Jersey brewers.   NJ favorites Bolero Snort, Ghost Hawk, Double Tap Brewing, Czig Meister, Bonesaw Brewing, 902 Brewing Company, MudHen, Flying Fish, Five Dimes, Montclair Brewery, Autodidact, United Brewing, Seven Tribesmen, and River Horse will all be poured at the festival.

Ciders from Feels Like Home, Downeast, Woodchuck, and Brooklyn Cider will be served, along with Jiant Hard Kombucha, Boochcraft, and Osena Islands Spiked Coconut Water, for a bit of a change of pace.

Other breweries include: Singlecut Beersmiths, Peak Organic, Beer Tree, Beatbox, Alternate Ending, Industrial Arts, Grey Sail, DUBCO, Central Waters, Phase Three,  Alsin Beer Co, Ghostfish Brewing Company, Port City, Mast Landing,  Montauk, New Belgium, Saranac, SixPoint, Southern Tier, Victory, Evil Genius, Flying Dog, Ithaca, Great Lakes, Lagunitas,  Fiddlehead, New Trail, Bronx, Kona, Goose Island, Blue Point, Elysian, Founders, Yards, Neshaminy Creek, Sloop, Troegs, Cigar City, Equilibrium, Three Floyd’s, Von Trapp, Allagash, Wicked Weed, El Segundo and Burlington.

There is also a selection of brews only available to VIP ticket holders.  Some standouts include River Horse Raspberry Tripel Horse, New Belgium Tropic Force, Maine Lunch, Aslin Clear Nights, Czig Meister Brewing/Man Skirt Brewing collab Bitter Rivals, and Bronx Now Youse Can’t Leave.
