Irish-Themed Buffet this St. Patrick’s Weekend at the Meadowlands

The Meadowlands Racetrack is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day all weekend long with an Irish-themed buffet courtesy of Chef Chris Burnet.  Live harness racing kicks off at 6:20 pm both Friday & Saturday night.

The Friday and Saturday buffet is $49.95 and has all the St. Patrick’s Day staples. Guests can enjoy Irish fish chowder, Reuben eggrolls, corned beef brisket, Irish Goulash, white cheddar bacon mac and cheese, colcannon and Irish soda bread.  Homemade chocolate Irish cake and cookies provide a sweet treat to end the night.
