Visit the Meadowlands Racetrack this February

The Meadowlands Racetrack hosts live harness racing every Friday and Saturday through the winter with a 6:20pm post time.

Guests will enjoy the Get Lucky Valentine’s Buffet on Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11. The sumptuous $49.95 buffet includes mini crab cakes, carved sirloin, pan-seared scallops and chocolate covered strawberries. Diners will also enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and red roses. On Saturday, February 11 racetrack guests can enter to win one of five HD TVs just in time for the big game on Sunday. The track is giving away two 55″ TVs, two 65” TVs and one 70” TV. Fans must complete online registration form to be eligible and must be present to win.

Then on Sunday, February 12th, fans can watch and wager on the Big Game at the FanDuel Sportsbook located inside the Meadowlands Racetrack. Plenty of huge HD TVs are spread throughout the building along with self-service & teller operated wagering machines.

The track has two great options for Big Game Dining. Option one is the $60 Gallery VIP View Party with Amani Toomer and Marc Malusis. Fans can watch the game with 2007 Super Bowl champion Amani Toomer and PIX11/WFAN host Marc Malusis. Toomer holds Giants’ club records with 9,497 receiving yards, 668 receptions and 54 receiving touchdowns. There will be a pre-game Q&A with Toomer and plenty of signed NY Giants swag. Guests can also dine on the included game day buffet complete with wings (3 sauces buffalo, sweet n’ spicy & bbq), hot dogs, burgers, fries and onion rings, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers.

The second Big Game Dining option is the Grandstand Lounge. Reservations can be made for $50 single bar seat, $100 per two person table and/or $200 for a four person table. By making a reservation for the Lounge, guests are guaranteed dining. The $50, $100 or $200 is a food credit that must be used on Sunday, February 12th only. To close out the month, The Meadowlands Racetrack is keeping things warm with the Winter Chili Cook-Off scheduled for Saturday, February 25^th. The competition features traditional red chili and salsa categories and offers $3,000 in prizes. Racetrack guests are also welcome to be part of the fun.
