5-Course Caribbean Cocktail Dinner at the Meadowlands

This Saturday, June 15, the Meadowlands Racetrack is hosting a five-course Caribbean Cocktail Dinner.

Executive Chef Chris Burnett has curated a menu featuring authentic Caribbean dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails.

The menu features:

• Course 1: Conch Fritters with Pickapeppa Sauce paired with a Bajan Rum Punch
• Course 2: Arroz con Pollo paired with a Mai Tai
• Course 3: Jerk Chicken & Fried Plantains paired with a Mojito
• Course 4: Fish Stew paired with a Cuba Libre
• Course 5: Rum Cake served with a Pina Colada
