Racetrack guests looking for some St. Patrick’s Day fare can dine in Pink on Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18. The buffet will feature Irish soda bread, corned beef and cabbage, Irish lamb stew, potato pancakes, Shepherd’s pie and baked flounder. Homemade whiskey cake and shamrock cookies round out this $49.95 buffet dinner.
