Walk-Up Teller Offered for Derby Weekend at the Meadowlands

As an added convenience for the wagering public, the Meadowlands Racetrack will offer a walk-up Teller window on both Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6 for Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby.

The walk up window is located in Lot M off of Berry’s Creek Road.  Tellers will be available for wagering from 10 am through 7:00 pm.

Programs will be available for sale on Saturday along with past performances for the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby.

The Meadowlands Racetrack has also boosted the educational components offered at https://playmeadowlands.com/racing-101/

“We wanted to provide the novice and occasional racing fan more information on what pari-mutuel racing is, how to the read the program and what types of bets can be placed,” said Jason Settlemoir, COO and GM of the Meadowlands.  “James Witherite created this very in-depth Racing 101 guide that we incorporated into our website and have available at our Players Club Desk.  We want to provide our guests with as much information as possible to help them understand racing and how to wager.”
