Wine & Dine at Meadowlands Racetrack’s Latin Wine Dinner

Enjoy a delicious 6-course Latin-inspired wine dinner while watching and wagering on the world’s greatest harness racing this Saturday, January 14^th.

The dinner takes place in Pink, the track’s tiered dining room that overlooks the live race action. The dinner begins at 6 pm with live racing beginning at 6:20pm.

Every course is expertly paired with an outstanding wine:

1^st course: Ceviche de Camarones – fresh shrimp marinated in lime juice, aji chili peppers, red onions, salt & cilantro paired with a crisp Hogue Riesling

2^nd course: Ensalada – mixed greens with avocado, oranges, jicama and cilantro vinaigrette paired with Rose Haven Rosé

3^rd course: Tostones – twice fried plantains with chipotle dipping sauce paired with Baron de Ley Tempranillo

4^th course: Beef & Chicken Empanadas – paired with White Haven Sauvignon Blanc

5^th course: Churrasco – grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, black beans and rice paired with a Don Miguel Gascon Malbec

6^th course: Churros, Tres Leches & Coconut Flan paired with Amelia Sparkling
