Updates to the Meadowlands Racetrack Buffet

The Meadowlands Racetrack will institute some upgrades to the track’s buffet beginning this Friday, February 6.

The nightly offerings will be more varied and seasonal, providing a more upscale dining experience.

“We have listened to customer feedback regarding our weekend buffet,” said Jason Settlemoir, COO & GM of the Meadowlands Racetrack.  “We understand that many felt the buffet was feeling stagnant and that changes needed to be made. Our revamped buffet will feature new dishes that feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients.  We believe these upgrades will keep our loyal customers happy and bring in some new faces to our dining room.”

Buffet dining on both Friday and Saturday nights will be $54.95 and will include cold and hot starters, mains, sides, dessert, and a different pizza each night. Pricing does not reflect tax and gratuity.

The upcoming buffet menus include:

  • February 6-7: Pepperoni Pizza, carved Top Sirloin with Roasted Garlic and Peppercorn Reduction, Sole Meuniere, and Crème Caramel
  • February 13: Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza, Slow-Roasted Beef with Herbs & Garlic Confit, Chicken Scarpariello, Neapolitan-Style Poached Fish
  • On February 14 ($79.95), enjoy a special Valentine’s Dinner with a $5 betting voucher, Live Racing Program, and Champagne
  • February 20-21: Neapolitan Pizza, Beef Wellington, Romana Salad, Tuscan Sausage Pasta, Crème BrulĂŠe
