Join us on Saturday, December 3 for a 6 Course French Wine Tasting Dinner.
Dinner begins @ 6pm with live racing beginning at 6:20pm
1st course: Vichyssoise paired with 2018 Lucien Albrecht Riesling-Alsace
2nd course: Salade Lyonnaise – Frisee greens, crisp bacon, hard-boiled egg, croutons with Dijon vinaigrette paired with 2020 Chateau Saint Roches Old Vine White from Rousillon
3rd course: Choux De Bruxelles paired with 20220 Domaine Doudet Aligote – Burgundy
4th course: Flounder Meuniere paired with 2020 Drouchin St. Veran – Burgundy
5th course: Petit Chateaubriand paired with 2018 Chateau d’As Margau – Bordeaux
6th course: Rustic French Apple Tart & Plateau De Fromage paired with 2020 Branchereau Clos du Papillon – Savennieres
$79.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. All diners will receive a live racing program and $10 voucher
