DESCRIPTION:Corgis streak to the finish in our 2nd Meadowlands Racetrack Corgi Cup on Saturday\, May 30\, 2026! \nFamily\, Friends\, Fun seekers are welcome to come out and watch these adorable doggies compete. \nCorgi Races begin 6pm\nFirst harness race 6:35pm \nAdmission: Free\nParking: Free \nNon-competition dogs not allowed \n\n\nApproximate Corgi Cup Derby Post Times:\nCorgi Race 1 – 6:00 pm (prior to horse race 1)\nCorgi Race 2 – 6:10 pm (prior to horse race 1)\nCorgi Race 3 – 6:20 pm (prior to horse race 1)\nCorgi Race 4 – 6:30 pm  (prior to horse race 1)\nCorgi Race 5 – 7:00 pm (following horse race 1)\nCorgi Race 6 – 7:20 pm (following horse race 2)\nCorgi Race 7 – 7:45 pm (following horse race 3)\nCorgi Race 8 – 8:10 pm (following horse race 4)\nCorgi Race 9 – 9:06 pm (following horse race 6)\nCorgi Race 10 – 9:30 (following horse race 7)\nCORGI FINAL – 9:45 pm (following horse race 8) \n\n$1\,700 in Total Prize Money –  Qualifier winners earn $100 betting voucher – 1st place in Final wins a $500 betting voucher\nOpen to first 100 entrants  (there will be up to 10 qualifiers – top dog in each qualifier moves on to the Finals)\nThere will be 10 Corgis will be in the Final.\nQualifiers will be run in between the live harness races.  The Final will be held once all Qualifiers are complete.\nOnline registration must be completed and the latest rabies vaccination certificate\, photo and town license attached.\nOnly dogs permitted in the track and in each race are Corgis.  All canines must be currently licensed and up to date on all shots including rabies vaccination. \nOnly registered participating dogs are allowed onsite.  No “canine viewers” allowed.
