RACE 1

7-Skyway Kon Man – The Kon Man failed to deliver as the heavy favorite when Hockey Hanover went on a surprise mission, but gets another shot at this reduced level & has the class & late kick to atone for Team Cullipher

8-Chiplosive – Team Cullipher has this gelding going better, hitting the board in his last two, runner up to a suddenly raging Hockey Hanover last week, must deal with the bad post blues again

1-St James Gate – The Gate is just one for 16 this season, yet did show more to grab a distant third behind the runaway Hockey Hanover, lands the rail still fresh for his fourth start back

RACE 2

3-Kiss An Angel – Shipped in on a five-race winning streak @ Pocono & was trip compromised from post eight, now moves inside off that needed mile to step it up further

4-My Abigail – Bar Hopping sister to world champion Six Pack sold for $350,000, making only her fourth career start, draws well off a solid acclimating mile three weeks ago

2-Robert’s Hanover – Beaten favorite offered a serious late bid & settled for third, strong runner up before that, gets post two again & continues to improve for Team Alagna

RACE 3

4-Mister Hat – Got off to another slow start last time & has been forced into some wide trips, now gets some class relief, draws an improved post & long overdue

5-Watchmeneighneigh – Returns after some needed freshening, won his qualifier with plenty of vigor & this horse-for-the-course comes back in a real soft spot

6-Dependlebury A – 10YO just one for 18 in 2021, yet was making some positive late strides here last month, owns some tactical speed to put him in play

RACE 4

5-Double Account – Left alertly, got shuffled back & rallied for third in a relatively fast 1:50.2 mile last week, equaled his mark of 1:51.2 back on June 12, his form might be cycling back around

6-Hockey Hanover – Team Burke suddenly found the key & flipped the switch on Hockey as he blasted down the road in a career best 1:50.4, can handle the class hike with anything similar

7-Kenziesky Hanover – Has been overwhelmed by the likes of Beads & Manchego in her last two, that was some turnaround upset & new mark of 1:51.4 three starts back

RACE 5

3-Alicorn – Dominated a similar group in 1:50.4 two starts back, returns off a solid follow up @ Harrah’s Philadelphia with an inside post & remains fresh on the comeback trail

6-Ponder The Odds – Was trending right @ Yonkers when we pegged this one in a sparkling Big M debut & rates highly again fresh off that new lifetime mark of 1:49.2

2-Ideation Hanover – Posted back-to-back narrow losses here late last month, has continued to race well against tougher @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & draws inside back here

RACE 6

7-Venerate – Hambletonian Winterbook favorite now ranked #4 broke again on a sloppy track after a gutsy post nine Reynolds win in the slop, has the talent & potential to rebound once more from a demanding post for Team Orange Crush

6-Ambassador Hanover – Top Ten Hambo contender for the Team Svanstedt battalion, runner up in the EBC & Yonkers Trot finally appears here off an easy romp in NYSS, has a big chance to take charge & stretch it out on the mile track

4-Locatelli – NJSS division winner gunned down Sonofamistery in 1:51.1 two starts back, third to Venerate in the Reynolds, final chance to prove he’s a serious Hambo contender

RACE 7

4-Adirondack – Father Patrick first foal out of world champion Mission Brief rallied out of a shuffle to grab third in the Reynolds, tripped out & shot home in :26.2 before that & draws well with serious upside for Team Takter

2-Wet My Whistle – Protected rail position & got jammed in the pocket under sloppy conditions, just missed to Adirondack before that, expect speed from another inside post

8-Hot As Hill – Consistent Team Burke trainee has stepped up from NJSS to major Grand Circuit player, draws outside again, but fresh off a huge rally to just miss in the Del Miller

RACE 8

3-Piper Hanover – Father Patrick filly out of 2012 Oaks shocker Personal Style, extended her streak to four in a row with a decisive rally as the heavy favorite in the Reynolds slop & has the look of major Oaks contender for Team Alagna

7-Anoka Hanover – Dan Patch Award winner has not handled her sloppy track assignments too well, draws another challenging post seven & might get a chance to flaunt her class with the right pace set up & trip

6-Material Girl – Regained her winning form with a solid rally off cover, now makes her third start off a sick scratch & has a chance to measure up to this stiffer stakes test

RACE 9

3-Fortify – 1:47.3 performer @ three making strong n speedy strides on the comeback trail for Team Takter, back half in :53.3 in the slop two weeks ago, gets class & post relief

1-Save Me A Dance – Was forced to chase prolific stablemate Cattlewash in a 1:47.1 Graduate Final, this is an easier assignment & chance to trip out from the rail

7-Dojea Gizmo – Sharp gelding who likes it here, chased the favored Covered Bridge in the slop last week, looms large with his big kick if they mix it up in this competitive affair

RACE 10

2-Really Fast – Unraced @ two, this Muscle Hill colt blossomed as a Hambo prospect, dropped off after his game score in the NJSS Final, but bounced back with a big qualifier & draws inside a soft division for Team Takter

3-Zenith Stride – Last year’s Peter Haughton Memorial shocker has been okay, but not threatening in high gear, gets away from Dancinginthedark M & draws an improved post for a final Hambo prep

1-Calle Palema – Not a Hambo eligible, but hinting of stakes ability in spots for Team Svanstedt, solid effort in a 3YO Open three starts back & smooth trip likely from the rail

RACE 11

4-American History – Paced his back half in :51.2 in the slop on Pace Night after missing three weeks, sub 1:48 performer for a third season stands out at this reduced level

8-Covered Bridge – Promptly capitalized on last week’s class drop n pop scenario for Team Burke, tougher assignment here, but sharp form & confidence in his corner

2-De Los Cielos Deo – Revived his form recently for Team Burke, reached a bit too high last week, dips slightly & lands post two again to stalk the speed

RACE 12

5-Staycation Hanover – Lightly-raced filly rebounded with a crisp :26.3 to win her qualifier over Mistletoe Shalee runner up Fire Start Hanover & has a big chance to flaunt her talent

4-Wingding Hanover – One for 18 this season, but knocking on the door with tough trips in her last two & finally draws an inside post for Team Cullipher

2-Northern Storm – Has regressed since her back-to-back wins & career best 1:49.4, however this is a prime time opportunity to re-assert herself for Team Alagna

RACE 13

5-Ourlittlegeneral A – Just missed to Kingofthejungle off a sick scratch two starts back, returns to face that rival in a similar scenario & figures to get the speed target he needs

2-Kingofthejungle – 10YO on quite a form spree fresh off an aggressive upset from post nine fresh off the claim & now a threat to repeat with a much-improved draw

6-Mr Mcdreamy – This gelding is on big roll of his own & stepped up to lower his mark to 1:51 from the same post last Friday & impossible to leave out of your calculations
