8-Alexander Hanover – Perfect trip winner at this bottom level three starts back, came out of a shuffle with a strong rally to be a close second last week, a threat despite a tougher post
2-Spring In Paris – 5YO mare hasn’t won in a long time, but has been hinting on a limited schedule, used hard in the slop last week, now drops & draws better for Gingras
RACE 2
3-Ruby On Rails – Put together a solid back half of :56 to rally for second in a commendable comeback, lightly-raced 4YO now draws better in a soft spot
2-Classica – Has had two slow starts from tougher posts to acclimate here, now draws inside, picks up Dexter Dunn & has a chance to step up
1-Woodmere Oleksiak – We’ve seen her flourish here in the past, returns fresh off a solid third @ Pocono, lands the rail & in line to trip out
RACE 3
2-Sugartown – Simply followed a well-rated So So De Vie around the track for a noteworthy second off a sick scratch, lands inside to work out a similar trip & eligible to show more
7-Rockin Panda – Has won two of his three on the engine, blasted down the road from post nine two weeks ago & expecting Todd Whitney to employ similar tactics
9-Always A Force – Credit Joe Lee for taking them all the way in the slop last week, tougher draw here, but look for another blast off in top form
RACE 4
5-So Long Hanover – Stalks from midpack off two decent acclimating miles here, needed a bit more punch last week, trending right & these are easier
8-Scirocco Patrick – Bounced back off a miscue two starts back with a solid rally for third last week, tougher draw this time, but just needs the right set up
1-She Must Be Magic – Kadabra mare is 0 for 25, added Lasix for her latest qualifier, that kind of effort makes her competitive from the rail again
RACE 5
2-Dull Roar – 11YO warhorse moves inside fresh off two straight decisive scores in 1:53.1, look for Joe Lee to have him forwardly placed fresh off the claim
9-So So De Vie – Followed up a close third from post ten with a dominant wire-to-wire in the slop last week, expect James Foley to make a similar attempt with a sharp 4YO
6-Statesman N – 14YO reclaimed by Yogi Sheridan, note the post eight romp two starts back, draws a bit better & might get the speed target he needs in a competitive division
RACE 6
6-Double Account – 1:51.2 performer @ Hoosier Park last season has been tackling our top trotters this winter with some decent results, beaten favorite now drops dangerously for Team Cullipher
5-Pappy Go Go – 1:52.2 winner @ The Big M in 2020 makes only his fourth start of the year, so has room to improve, gets some needed class relief & looms as a stalking threat
4-All Champy – Cycled forward to brush n crush foes a notch below this, bumped back up, but draws better now brimming with confidence
RACE 7
1-Sossy’s King Kong – Just one for his last 29, but just missed against $10,000 stock three starts back, now gets the drop & the rail again with no stand outs like Dull Roar
3-Rockin Rambaran – 11YO warhorse with 54 career wins has been on a tear @ Monticello, draws inside with speed & Yannick Gingras
5-Junior’s Dew – Sparked some improvement with a solid second last week, look for a similar effort in a wide open field
RACE 8
4-Sea Change N – Big M newcomer came around recently, fresh off a game score @ Yonkers, gets class relief & draws well here
2-Manhattan Play – Just one for her last 30, but has been better for Team Cullipher, third in her last two with Simon Allard & lands her third straight post two
9-Twinsburg – Trending in a positive direction, strong runner up with quicker start last week, sports a 1:51.4 mark @ The Big M last season & rates contender status
RACE 9
6-Life Well Lived – Close second in his last two, caught in a shuffle, angled wide & leveled off too late last week & might be on the verge
4-Chiplosive – Sports a 1:52.4 mark here in 2020, steadily dropping down the class ladder, fresh off a solid effort he drops to lead a Team Cullipher 1-2 punch
9-Mcmatters – Sports a 1:53.4 mark @ The Big M last season, makes his second start off a sick scratch, tougher post, but drops a notch
RACE 10
3-Wingding Hanover – Didn’t quite have enough pop off cover in her Big M debut for Team Cullipher, now eligible to step up with a bigger effort I her second try here from an improved post
4-Tango Dancer N – Beaten favorite cycling back around, launched a late bid & nailed by Betalady last week, now a logical stalking threat for Dexter Dunn
6-Betalady – Drove more than few handicappers bonkers when she exploded to upset last week off breaks in her previous two, this is a big chance to prove it was no fluke from the same post
RACE 11
6-Stenhouse Hanover – Team Cullipher may have finally figured this one out, his last two were better & he launched a big, wide rally to hit the board last out
4-Icingon De Cupcake – The Cup Cake got pace compromised & parked first over last out, twice beaten favorite before that gets another inside draw at this bottom level
2-Shady Mccoy – Switched to Simon Allard & rallied for a huge upset in his second try off the bench, has a big chance to build on that from an inside post
RACE 12
5-Shellie De Vie – Just missed to the red-hot Its Mesmerise N two starts back, then too far back from post nine chasing that same rival & draws better to rebound
4-Laurie Lee – Lightly-raced Florida-bred mare more than proved she was ready for her Big M debut, unleashing the mile of her life in the slop & stands out for Dexter Dunn
2-Saint Albray – Has been on a pretty good roll recently, sharp rally to win two starts back, beaten favorite shuffled & shook loose too late last week, inside threat here
RACE 13
4-S Mckee – Took a 1:52.3 mark @ The Big M last Fall, on the fringe in two starts since coming back, flashed a :27.1 last week & draws better
3-I’m Sid The Kid – Sid makes his second start off the bench after a much-needed comebacker from post eight & retains Dexter Dunn
9-Brass Monkey – Finished a much-improved third with a :27.3 in the slop last week, moves outside, but this 4YO has a chance to show more in a wide-open finale
