2-Down On Mainstreet – Freshened & qualified chasing Adios elimination winner Southwind Ozzi, lands in the softest of match ups & gets the Bionic Man, worth a swing

9-Make It Big – Beaten favorite gave it a good try with controlling speed from the rail & came up just half a length shy last week, moves outside, yet gets another shot at this reduced level

6-Steady Pulse – Dipped slightly to this 75 TM level & offered more late pace to grab a board spot last week, that came after missing three weeks, lean in the win column, but in search of something positive in this is a wide open affair

2-K Ryan Bluechip – Preferred winner here earlier this season has had very little chance in his last three in PA, scorched last out @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, relentless closer gets class relief & draws inside a tight match up

1-JK Wildfire – 4YO gelding has been a brand new horse since the mid-June sick scratch, great Andrew McCarthy drive yielded a new mark of 1:49.2 last out, moves inside & merits another step up in class

3-Incredible Shark – Been a rather long, yet productive season so far for this 1:49.3 performer here, consistent stalker draws an improved post, re-united with Tim Tetrick & seems like he’s on his game right now

3-David The Saint – Left alertly, got bottled up in traffic & shook loose late when the sprinting started last week, note his gutsy back-to-back wins in late June & now his post is better

6-B Well – Immediately took to the mile track with take-charge style & held on in a sharp 1:51.4 last week, gets a slight bump up from 75-80 TM off that excellent acclimating mile

7-Just N Berlander – Dangerous closer was on a positive form cycle with two wins towards the end of June, needed a bit more stretch pop last week, may get the right set up in this slightly easier 80 TM class

5-Trump Nation – Beaten favorite paid the price for a slow start from post nine, was forced wide & couldn’t make it up, second to the streaking None Bettor A before that, third to Highalator in :25.3 on June 14, look for Tetrick to get him within striking range

4-Highalator – The early season sensation has piled up another nine wins already this season & kept it going against the sport’s top guns, took a new mark of 1:48 in the Ben Franklin consolation, looms as the main target in a field of deadly closers

2-Mach N Cheese – 4YO Open winner @ Yonkers two starts back was too far back to make a dent in a 1:47.4 mile last week, steady stalking type with a vicious kick draws inside to take advantage of any possible mayhem

8-Millies Possesion – Extended her undefeated streak to seven with a decisive score in the Del Miller off a career best 1:51.1 in the Reynolds, tougher draw here, but she’s a very handy sort with potential untapped

1-Evident Beauty – Followed her three-ply sweep of the NJSS Series with a trip compromised loss in the Reynolds, bounced back with a lifetime best 1:52.3 in the Del Miller, lands the rail in power-packed elimination

3-Seaside Bliss – We pegged this one at more than 7-1 when she capitalized on a pocket trip from the same post, switches back to Scott Zeron off that sparkling new mark of 1:51.4

4-Whittaker N – 1:50 winner here this season finished third to Highalator in the Ben Franklin consolation, virtually no chance in his last two here, look for a much better start from an improved post

6-City Hall – Do we stay on his bandwagon or fight City Hall?  Sparked his form with an easy win at the bottom rung, then held off the favorite Odds On Lauderdale last week & gets another class hike, just seems to swell up on the lead when he’s on his game, a certified warhorse

9-Let’s Roll – Hit the ticket in his last three starts here & just missed from post ten on July 5, toss out his last two @ Yonkers, gets some class relief & looms large despite the tough draw

5-Constntlysidewys A – Nailed him last week although he was hammered down to 8-5 favorite, found a way through traffic to nose out Kiwi Ideal N, ideal midpack draw & back class continues to resurface for his new barn

6-Kiwi Ideal N – Just missed with a great drive by Andrew McCarthy last week, fired out & was raging on the rail & nosed out by Constntlysidewys A, 1:50 winner here this season has been tackling tougher

1-Mcraven – Was flying late from a near impossible spot to hit the board last week, that easy win two starts back boosted his confidence, draws inside again & retains Tetrick in a very competitive G Notes Final

4-Cloud Nine Fashion – Stablemate to Millies Possesion quickly regaining form, stormed home to upset a Reynolds division, then just missed to Evident Beauty in the Del Miller from the same inside post

3-Beautiful Sin – Runner in last year’s Jim Doherty Memorial is ramping up her game, draws inside fresh off a strong second in the Tompkins Geers, could trip out & surprise

5-When Dovescry – Major stakes winner at two with a mark of 1:52.3, gearing up in overnights @ Pocono for one of their top barns, has a chance to step up in the lighter elimination

2-Cantab Fashion – Grand Circuit 2YO with a mark of 1:51.4 launching a late comeback from issues, rallied stoutly to hit the board fresh off the bench & draws better, has the talent & potential in catch up mode

5-Sheena’s Boy – Ake Svanstedt continues to peak him for the Hambo, runner up to major player Green Manalishi S last week & poised for a final tune up

1-Reign Of Honor – Second to Greenshoe in the NJSS Final, a solid third in his Dancer division, last year’s Kindergarten Classic winner was lurking in the Top Ten for awhile, gets one last lick in before the Hambo from the rail

1-Top Flight Angel – 0 for 11 this season, so he’s overdue, a decent third in his last two here, lands the rail for Team Orange Crush, trip will likely be right, big chance to show more in a tailor made spot

5-Marion Marauder – 2016 Hambo champ & Trotter of the Year, $3 million in the bank, yet only his third start of the season, confident qualifier indicates readiness & returns against a field of underachievers

6-Speeding Spur N – NZ import followed a well-rated Marion Marauder around the track in a much-improved qualifier last week, $800,000+ winner downunder likely has the class to match up with these, but can he threaten them fresh off the bench?

7-Prairie Panther – 1:49.4 Open winner @ Tioga Downs on June 23 was second to Western Joe @ Pocono last week, strong in the win column, versatile & may acclimate quickly on his current form spree

3-Hayden Hanover – Aired it out in a brisk 1:47.3 on Pace Night, then got absolutely torched from post eight, now draws better to rebound in a severe handicapper’s test

4-Lyons Steel – Paced his eyeballs out chasing a 1:47.4 winner last week off back-to-back sub 1:50 wins, draws inside to stay on a roll, keeps Dave Miller & may present value

4-Caviart Rockland – Stamped himself a major player among glamor boys with that rally for second by a neck in the Somebeachsomewhere, just missed in the NA Cup consolation, no chance in his Pace elimination, now lands in a prime spot to shine

3-World On Edge – Tripped out from post ten to take a mark of 1:49.3 here two starts back, then a runner up in NYSS @ Vernon Downs, going well right now for Team Burke & draws inside

6-Major Deception – 1:49.3 winner in this class when he nosed out World On Edge on June 15, struggled in his last three, yet this lightly-raced Tony Alagna trainee has license to rebound

4-Ideal Chill – Haven’t heard much from him in his last three, but this is a big time class & post relief scenario to take advantage of, have to hop on board

2-Jumping Jake – Just missed the last time Dexter Dunn was in the bike on June 20, another class & post relief candidate & also long overdue

6-Spirit Of Truth – Thought I spotted a live item in a great spot, he flashed sudden speed & was used hard from post seven last week, chance to redeem himself with another shot at this bottom condition level
