RACE 1

5-Mr Carrotts – Just missed despite a tough grind in 1:50.1 two starts back, only one for 18 this season, but the class drop makes him too dangerous to go against

 

1-Just N Berlander – Revolving door horse does well for everybody who claims him, 8YO lowered his mark to 1:52.4, then came right back repeat in game style last week

 

6-Jackamino – 4YO has been much better on his last two with a wide rally two starts back, then a solid third in this series last week & rates contender status

 

RACE 2

4-Greenshoe – Marcus Melander already has Gimpanzee & Green Manalisha S 1-2 on the Road to the Hambo, pedigree, price tag, speed & standout qualifiers all say go

 

2-Hudson River – Virtually everything the barn sends out is on fire, Champlain winner & third in the Breeders Crown @ two, sharp qualifiers & inside draw

 

1-Sheena’s Boy – Wow, some turnaround going wire-to-wire in a sparkling 3YO @ speedy Pocono, look for this Ake Svanstedt Hambo prospect to leave alertly from the rail

 

RACE 3

1A-She’s A Major Lady – Kicked home sharply again in :26.1 chasing a trip-sitting heavy favorite, ramping up on the verge & spearheads a strong entry

 

4-Sweet Lucy Lou – Second as the beaten heavy favorite in both starts on the comeback trail @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, draws well to break through for a high percentage barn

 

7-Sweet Diamond – Flashed speed from a similar post & finished a credible third her TSS comebacker, did some damage in stakes action @ two & her barn is on fire

 

RACE 4

5-No Drama Please – Solid runner up in :26.4 while pace compromised in a useful 3YO debut, has a big chance to step up in a wide-open division

 

7-Reign Of Honor – Third from post ten in the Valley Victory Final last Fall, flashed plenty of late trot in :26.2 in a solid comebacker, a Nifty Norman gelding with upside

 

4-Memo – Kindergarten Classic runner up added trotting hopples & Lasix, his latest qualifier chasing top prospect Green Manalishi S indicates readiness

 

RACE 5

5-Ocean Colony – Stormed home into a :54.2 back half & :26 to just miss last week, gets further class relief, long overdue & retains Andrew McCarthy

 

2-Stonedust – Drops all the way down to the bottom run while his form has improved & 

lands post two again fresh off a narrow loss last week

 

3-Rock On Precious – Paced a solid back half to rally for second in a much-improved effort last week, draws an improved post to stalk the class droppers

 

RACE 6

7-Miss Trixton – Broke her maiden in style right off the hop, then stormed home to just miss after a slow start from post ten, Marcus Melander trainee going in the right direction

 

4-French Café – Runner up in last year’s NJSS Final won both qualifiers, then erupted in :27.3 to take her 3YO debut & draws well to build on that eye catching effort

 

5-Starita – Major stakes player at two barely outsprinted by French Café in her comeback last week, big chance to rev up further & turn the tables 

 

RACE 7

8-Pilot Discretion – Soundly beat Totally Takter when he rebounded with a sharp 1:54 qualifier, Tony Alagna Hambo prospect went two-for-two as a freshman

 

9-Guaranteed – Late-blooming Muscle Hill colt looked like the real deal when he romped in his debut, then barely gave way under late pressure, faces another tough draw

 

1-Totally Takter – Trixton brother to Ariana G was hammered down to 2-1 & did the bulk of the work in a decent first try, now lands the rail for a barn that can do no wrong

 

RACE 8

2-Queen Of Trixs – Bounced back to romp in her second qualifier like a good thing for Marcus Melander, draws inside the main contenders off the mile of her life 

 

5-Marveloustrix – Sat patiently & gunned down the heavy favorite Lazzaro in a sparkling comebacker & maiden breaker, big chance to prove herself further

 

8-Whispering Oaks – Grand Circuit winner at two nosed out by Marveloustrix in her second qualifier, now the post is tougher, but the barn is hot

 

RACE 9

2-King Caviar – His first two off the recent sick scratch were excellent, including a new mark of 1:55.1 & narrow loss in :26.2, no chance last week, now moves inside & drops

 

8-Crazshana – Carved out a perfect second over trip on the verge & edged out by a surprisingly good DW’s Revenge last week, tougher draw, but ramping up

 

4-Life Well Lived – Set a rated pace & settled for third as the beaten favorite, gets another shot at this reduced with a one for 17 record this season

 

RACE 10

4-My Lindy Winner – Won his first six starts this season, including divisions of the Weiss Series, solid runner in his debut here last week & draws well for Team Harmon

 

6-Say You Do – Came right back to easily lower his mark to 1:53 from post ten two weeks ago, lightly-raced & improving 4YO can keep it going

 

2-The Ice Dutchess – Jim Doherty Memorial & Peaceful Way winner @ two, won both qualifiers with :26 + change speed & draws inside for the red-hot Team Johansson

 

RACE 11

2-JK Mardi Says – Team Johansson-tuned filly out of a sister to JK Endofanera, 1:48.2 [$2,049,580] rallied to win her 3YO debut @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & draws inside a camera-shy field

 

7-Traffic Jam – Has done very little wrong since switching to Team Harmon, fresh off a narrow loss with a :54.3 back half two weeks ago

 

5-Family Roll Call – 0 for 13 this season, yet on the board in her last three, returns to the mile track after squandering a perfect trip @ Tioga

 

RACE 12

5-Village Jackson – 11YO continues to improve with his reps here, just missed to a red-hot Just N Berlander last week, another well-timed move could do it

 

2-Daylyn Horizon – Was too far out of range after a slow start, yet lacked the same stretch pop anyway last week, right there in his previous three, big chance to rebound from a better post

 

3-Here We Go Again – Launched a wide bid & could put a dent in the top ones last week, same reduced price from post three again & 0 for his last 30

 

RACE 13

4-Lucky Weekend – 3YO with a future flashed some meaningful late trot against some talent fillies last week, gets some class relief & lands post four again

 

1-Arrakis – Beaten heavy favorite used hard from post eight & folded tent last week, horse-for-the-course moves inside for another shot at the bottom level

 

6-Levitation – Steady 4YO gelding hit the board in two of his last three, rallied to hit the board in :27.2 in a solid acclimating mile last week
