2-Sunshine Delight – Steady filly stepped up to finish a distant third in the Empire Breeders Classic Final & draws well to work out a smooth trip here


4-Dream Baby Dream – Rallied to hit the board in the NJSS Final, closed well from far back & just missed in the comebacker last week



3-Walner – Dan Patch Award winner, world champion & Hambletonian favorite makes his long-awaited 3YO debut, overcame some early season sickness with an outstanding 1:51.2 qualifier in a downpour on 6-17, looked even better in his latest trial


1A-Winter Harbor – Lightly-raced Tony Alagna-tuned 4YO won his seasonal debut in a sharp 1:52.4 back on 5-26, then broke, rebounded with a strong qualifier


6-Gold Medal Swan – Steady gelding chased the standout Muscle Diamond last week, just missed with a speedy effort before that, this Mark Silva trainee is in top form



2-Machs Beach Boy – Was understandably driven conservatively from post nine in his first start in two months, sneaky good closing into a :54.4 back half, gets class & post relief


1-Captain Dinger – Interesting Burke shipper just one for 16 this season, shows breaks in two of his last three on the comeback trail, but the class plunge & rail make him a factor


4-Workandplayhard – Tangled with some sharp foes in a Dash For The “G” Notes series, was stuck with post ten in that final & caught in a tough spot before that, this is easier



6-Sams Triple Crown – 1:51.2 winner here back on 5-27 has cycled back around, gamely chased a raging Pace candidate in Talent Soup last week, versatile 3YO owns speed


1A-Legion Of Boom – We know how much he loves the Big M, regained his confidence with a wire-to-wire @ Pocono, other half of the Eric Foster entry is also fresh off a win


3-He’s a Lock – Draws well fresh off an excellent acclimating mile, closing into a :54.3 back half & needed the race after a sick scratch, two straight Saratoga wins before that



1-International Moni – Homebred & Valley Victory runner up out of the immortal Moni Maker impressively went two-for-two in the Goodtimes @ Mohawk, Scott Zeron’s bid for back-to-back Hambletonians lands the rail for his first start in three weeks


5-Victor Gio IT – 2016 Peter Haughton Memorial runner up kicked off his Hambletonian trail romping in two straight before the break two weeks ago, chance to rebound with some Takter tinkering


7-Montalbano Bi – Merits the step up fresh off a rousing upset rally in :27.2 & new mark of 1:52.3, when this Team Harmon trainee gets good he usually stays good for awhile



6-Michael’s Victory – 1:49.1 NJSS division winner here last season been gathering steam on the comeback trail @ Pocono & gets further class relief here


5-Mattamerican – Andrew Harris trainee has been noticeably better in his last two, chased a raging 1:49.1 winner two starts back, then a Pace prospect Western Hill last week & drops again


7-Jacksrluckytoo – Team Harmon stalwart flashed his usual late kick last week to just miss in a blanket three-ply photo with a wicked :53.3 back half & drops a notch



9-Lady Shadow – Dan Patch Award winner & two-time O’Brien Award winner went five-for-five @ The Big M last year, major wins included the Golden Girls, Lady Liberty, Breeders Crown & TVG Final, just won her third straight Roses Are Red, on a seven-race winning streak


4-Call Me Queen Be – Gave Scott Zeron his first Breeders Crown here last Fall, a solid third in the Roses Are Red, draws well off a sick scratch & three-week layoff as she continues her 4YO transition season in an excellent field


6-Penpal – Versatile & powerful Pat Lachance 4YO thundered home from last-to-first with one of her vicious rallies & took a new mark of 1:49.2 with a back half of :53 flat



1-Huntsville – Dan Patch Award winner, world champion & track record setter in the Breeders Crown has been pretty solid so far this season, barely outgamed in the North American Cup by the fire-breathing Fear The Dragon & lands the pole


2-Talent Soup – Trainer Bruce Saunders just missed with the favorite Rock N Roll Heaven in the 2010 Pace, he’s back with a speedy colt who uncorked an eye-catching 1:48.4 prep last week, fires out from an inside draw to prove that was no fluke


5-R J P – Team Miller trainee has found his best stride in his last three, sterling rallies from tough

spots in his last two here, just missed to Western Hill with a :53.3 back half last week



3-Trolley – Nosed out by Dayson with a huge effort in a Graduate division @ Mohawk, equaled the all-age track record of 1:52.1 @ Tioga Downs, then lowered his mark to 1:51.4 from post nine here, draws well on fire for Team Miller


9-Marion Marauder – 2016 Hambletonian Hero, Triple Crown champion & Trotter of the Year returns to the Big M fresh from winning a Graduate leg @ Tioga Downs, then had no chance @ Mohawk, reunited with Scottie Z facing a post nine challenge in a very competitive final


2-Cufflink Hanover – Classy gelding has rounded into top form, sat right behind the favorite In Secret, drew clear in a sharp :26.1 & took a new mark of 1:51.1, in line for another trip



3-More Dragon – Was able to close off a hot pace in a nice bounce-back mile for his new barn, while chasing a classy standout in Bettor’s Edge, an improved post affords a stalking trip within range, worth a swing in this very intriguing puzzle


5-In The Arsenal – Classy millionaire was speed tightened through some torrid fractions, 1:49.1 winner here at three & four figures to offer more in his second start off the bench


4-MaxDaddy Blue Chip – Hip #115 in the July 16 Mixed Sale rallied stoutly into a :54 back half in a solid Big M debut, draws a bit better in a wide-open field with high winning percentage on view



6-Sintra – Impressive 1:49.1 Graduate series winner here back on 5-6, scored another division @ Mohawk, then faltered @ Tioga Downs, bounced back with a big mile @ Mohawk, owns one big brilliant burst & must time it right


4-Dr J Hanover - $280,000 January Mixed Sale purchase produced back-to-back Graduate division wins, including a 1:46.4 Canadian record @ Mohawk, freshened up with a nice qualifier here after fading to fifth in the Gold Cup & draws well


8-Boston Red Rocks – Millionaire runner up in three legs of this series & just a length back in that record mile @ Mohawk, fresh off a fourth in the Ben Franklin, owns good gate speed, which often puts him in play



2-Daylyn Horizon – Moves inside fresh off a wake up effort with speed from post eight, drops out of a “G” Notes Series & noted for his fierce late kick, took a new mark of 1:51.2 on 6-10


5-Mr Julian – One of the track’s hottest horses, reeled off three straight lifetime marks on the engine, then rallied to make it four in a row & claimed again last week, tough to go against


7-Jay Bees Grin N – Went all the way in his Big M debut & claimed two starts back, then forced wide while pace compromised in the slop last week, looks like a live item
