RACE 1

4          Workandplayhard – 0 for 11 in 2017, landed on the fringe again trying to rally off a rated pace, 1:51.4 winner here last season gets The Buckeye & might be gradually working his way back into shape after a sick scratch back on 3-10

7          Fox Valley Cupid – Carried over his sharp recent form @ Monticello into a game narrow loss in his return to the mile track last week, anything similar puts him in play despite the tougher post

1          Cherokee Ranger – Gelding was on a form spree, including a perfect trip win on 3-25 before fading to sixth last week, big chance to rebound from the rail for a high percentage outfit

RACE 2

3          Talk Me Into It – Lightly-raced gelding makes his 3YO debut after scratching sick last Fall & was sidelined for six months, the qualifier @ Harrah’s Philadelphia was more than adequate & this is a soft spot

5          Mike’s Z Tam – Gelding was a very consistent freshman, hitting the board in five of eight, qualifier here didn’t look great, but tough to gauge, does look like he has the talent & upside to contend right off the hop

6          Tractor Glen – Almost went all the way with a well-controlled effort here at 5-1 two starts back, fresh off a solid third @ Pocono last Sunday, look for him to be the one to knock off

RACE 3

4          Iwillmakeyousaywow – Logically delivered as the heavy favorite in an eye-catching 1:51.4 in an excellent acclimating mile, draws well build on that, while more of his back class resurfaces

3          Downthehighwy – Team Burke trainee went right down the road & held on to win his round one division fresh off the bench, $133,291 winner last season can further exploit this softer classification

6          So Take That – Hot item at the claim box & on the racetrack, riding a five-race winning streak, completely dominant & wrapped up & claimed by Richie Johnson last week, versatile sort may be tough to go against

RACE 4

5          Big Bad Beach – 1:54.2 winner here in the slop back in January with a huge rally, clearly overmatched in the Weiss Series @ Pocono, chance to regroup in a wide-open field

2          Sandy Win – Vaulted forward off a tightening mile with a well-driven mild upset last week for Kyle Husted, Tony Alagna-tuned mare rewarded with an improved post to keep it going

4          Phyllis Jean – 0 for 12 this season, finished third in a Petticoat Series consolation, drops out of a N/W of 4 @ Yonkers & snap her skid with close-to-the-pace stalking trip imminent

RACE 5

2          JK Will Power – Classy gelding just shy of $600,000, 2016 Pace finalist & Hempt runner, twice beaten favorite on the comeback trail @ The Meadows, draws inside for a high percentage barn

1          K Ryan Bluechip – Just missed repeating with a game first over grind, while chasing a well-rated heavy favorite Special T Rocks last week, Virgil Morgan, jr. trainee has found a home here & pushes off from the rail

5          Legion Of Boom – Took charge, was well rated & just missed by a nose to Brickman with a gallant try last week, versatile gelding may be the one reel in again

RACE 6

1          Rodeo Romeo – Beaten favorite lost a heartbreaker & intense slugfest with Alberto Contador N & City Hall last week, scored first time Lasix before that, Chris Ryder has this one on his toes

3          Matrix Of Luck – Indiana Sires Stakes star in 2016 was better in his second qualifier under less than ideal conditions, then didn’t offer much in his 4YO debut from post seven, looking for improvement from this Team Burke trainee

5          Special T Rocks – Razor sharp 9YO gelding for a high percentage outfit was able to take full advantage of a class drop & went all the way last week, rallied with a furious :26.4 before that

RACE 7

4          Bushwacker – Classy 1:48.4 winner here last season been knocking heads with top stock @ Dover Downs, steady sort returns in solid form, draws well & drops into a more likely spot here

2          Jacksrluckytoo – Productive 2017 campaign continues for this Team Harmon stalwart, forced wide & finished with a bit more late kick last week, draws well again & now drops dangerously

3          Winwood Mac – Ohio Sires Stakes star at three has finished far back eighth in both starts on the comeback trail, tighter now, draws better & gets some needed class relief

RACE 8

6          Odds On Equuleus – 1:47.3 performer here a couple of seasons ago flashed some of his old form two starts back, pace compromised last week, takes his third consecutive class drop

7          Art History – Classy 1:48.2 winner here who loves this track, beaten favorite was allowed to steal an easy pace & couldn’t quite hold on, that was two weeks ago, now he gets to drop another notch

5          Speed Again – Team Burke trainee tailed off severely in January, freshened with a few months off & qualified with zeal, going all the way & cruising home in :27.1, may find him at least part of the pace equation here

RACE 9

1          Camturo Beach – Just one for his last 29, but shipped here, added Lasix & finished a hard-charging second by a head from post seven just behind Who Do You Like, now moves inside off that superb acclimating mile

5          Wayward Son – Dropped to this level & rallied to score off a perfect trip as the heavy favorite, 10YO has regained form & has plenty of back class to draw upon

7          Who Do You Like – Picked up Corey Callahan, launched a menacing move & held on gamely in a career best 1:53.1, fresh claim by Eric Foster figures prominently

RACE 10

1          Stolen Glimpse – Team Burke trainee was scratched sick from the first round last week off an energetic qualifier, $230,445 winner in 2016 took a mark of 1:49.2 in the Tattersalls, this is soft spot to spark his season

4          Drunken Terror – Second start off the Robert Ginsberg, Jr. claim was a fast-closing second by a neck in :27.1 last week, draws an improved post to set up a similar rally

7          Alex Bullville – Finished third & claimed for his third consecutive start last week, ran into the streaking So Take That & no such standouts in this match up

RACE 11

1          P L Idaho – Rallied stoutly from a tough spot to pull a mild upset here back on 3-4, just before a sick scratch, displayed more vigor chasing the standout So Take That last week & now looms large from the pole

5          Jetski Louie – Rallied to a gigantic upset here back in late December, switched to the Bill Mann barn, now returns to the Big M off two tighteners @ Pocono, looms as a price play

8          Some Major Beach – Steamrolled first over to a late open lead & collared by Iwillmakeyousaywow last week, moves outside, yet remains a strong consideration off that noteworthy return to the Big M
